We are an established property broker who help the Supported Living / Assisted Living sector to find suitable properties in Hull and across the UK.

There is a stable demand for supported living properties across the UK and Wales. It is becoming more and more accessible for the young adults we work with to live increasingly independent lives, and they are looking for supported living opportunities.

Some assisted living facilities are likely to be comprised of a few self-contained apartments, whilst others feature small houses or bungalows. These are safe, secure compounds which are often only accessible to residents and staff. Some larger complexes have hairdressers, shops, cafes and leisure facilities on site. Often there are communal gardens or outside areas service users can enjoy.

We have a joined-up approach and build ongoing relationships with developers, landlords and other organisations to provide housing solutions.

We’ll work closely with you to understand your needs and create a schedule to help you meet your individual goals. Our role is to be part of a team who find suitable houses to help Supported Living Providers who in-turn assist children and adults with a range of needs to live independently and safely in their local communities.
