Hull Investment Property are now working to the latest Health & Safety Executive (HSE) on all our new refurbishments. This requires us to comply with and provide a refurbishment / demolition survey (report) for each property, prior to any refurbishment works by our Power Team.
The report documents the findings of the refurbishment / demolition asbestos survey carried out by an independent company; who will produce a report which would highlight any asbestos materials identified, the report will go on to list any recommendations or actions required such as “Remove” or “Environmental clean” which will involve safe removal and disposal of any materials identified at the property.
Hull Investment Property will arrange the site visit and survey to be carried out.
The cost to the client is a fixed fee of £250.00 + Vat (per survey, based on a standard residential property) Invoiced and paid direct to the specialist company.
