We offer a full-service solution to our investor clients and landlords in Hull, this includes full refurbishment / conversion projects as well as general maintenance and repairs.

Working with trusted builders and Hull City Council (Building Control) ….Over the years we have converted many houses into licensed HMOs, a derelict building into flats these include a recent conversion to 4 x 1 bed apartments on Story Street Hull which are now used as Serviced Accommodation.

Others projects of note include a conversion of a derelict printers on Hedon Road into 14 en-site rooms and two kitchens, this conversion was aimed at the contract market such as the massive Siemans Wind0Terbine plant and BP Chemicals. Another lager project was the former solicitors’ offices on Silver Street which as converted into 8 x 2 bed and 2 x 1 bed luxury apartments for City Centre living.

Typical BTL refurbishments would consist of new kitchen, bathroom, carpets / flooring and full decor throughout as well as gas and electric (EICR) certificates to ensure all properties meet compliance requirements for lettings.
